Yes, to receive a refund from the health insurance fund, you need a prescription from a specialist (a GP is not allowed to prescribe insoles). Based on the prescription, our technicians can make the right insoles for you.
Insoles may be cleaned with a damp cloth. Never put them in soapy water. If your soles do get wet, never let them dry on the heater. This will cause them to deform.
